It had taken awhile for Luffy and Ada to see the whole ship. He had also explained about their last ship, 'Going Merry'. But, of course, Ada knew about it. She noted to herself not to say anything that would lead to suspicion. It would be very difficult for her to explain about the show of 'One Piece' so they could understand it.
Now, Ada sat beside Luffy, on the deck, as Luffy munched down on a piece of meat, she checked her book.
----Ada's POV----

I sighed softly, checking my book again. Not only was there no new writings, the sentence from before... Vanished! This did not make sense...
I glanced over to Luffy. He was so focused on that piece of meat... "Hey, Luffy?"
"Hm?" He turned his head to face me, the meat hanging from his mouth, as he was clenching it between his teeth.
I held in my giggles, Luffy was so cute.
"Are you feeling alright, Ada? Your cheeks are red!"
"I-I'm fine."
Luffy just shrugged and took the meat out of his mouth and fully turned to me. "What did you need? Are you hungry?"
"Ah, well. I was just wondering.... Since I'm on this ship as of now, is there something I should help out with?"
Luffy placed his finger on his chin, thinking hard as to what I should do.
"Hmm... Do you cook?"
"Rarely."
"Can you build things?"
"Nope, I end up destroying them in the end."
"Can you clean?"
"Yea, I can do that!"
"Then you can be our cleaning lady!"
Luffy cheerfully yelled out, throwing his arms in the air.
This caused a smile to reappear upon my lips again. He was just...
"Hey, do you two plan on sitting around all day?"
We both glanced up to see Nami, her fists balled up on her hips.
"Ada is going to be our cleaning lady!"
"That's great! Cause it's Zolo's turn. And he's hopeless at cleaning. You can help him!"
"Alright. I'll start in the girls' quarters."
"That's right, we need to make room for you to sleep. I'll talk to Franky about that."
I nodded to Nami. So far everyone has been quite helpful. Except Zolo, but, that's just Zolo for you. He never trusts someone until he gets to know them better. I stood, telling Luffy I'd see him later, then turned to head to the girls' quarters.

After cleaning the quarters, I had placed my book in there since I didn't need it at the moment, I headed down the hall to see where Zolo was, and to see if he needed any help. I opened a door, seeing it was a bedroom, I walked in to find it a mess.
"What are you doing in here?"
I was startled by Zolo's sudden question. I hadn't expected him to be in here.
"I'm here to see if you need help. Luffy has made me the 'Cleaning Lady'."
"I see."
He was organizing the dressers, and the clothes that were in it. I noticed the clothes looked like his.
"Is this your room?"
"Yes, it is."
"Its...."
"Messy, I know."
"I was going to say small, but that too."
There was silence, as we began to clean the room. Once things were done, I went to leave when Zolo stopped me.
"Hey, did that book really tell you to find us?"
"Yes, it did. But, for some reason... The writings that were there, are gone. There hasn't been anything there for hours."
Zolo's eyes narrowed. "You do realize that just sounds suspicious...?"
I rubbed the back of my neck, chuckling out of nervousness. "Yes. I know. And I'm sorry. I never asked for any of this to happen."
"Right. Anyway, everything's cleaned on this side of the ship. I am not going in that kitchen with that stupid chef."
"That's fine, I'll do it."
As I turned to leave, Zolo crossed his arms, watching my retreating form until it was out of sight. He is making me so nervous! I shut my eyes, and let out a sigh of breath. I felt so tense. This is completely awkward for me....

Walking into the kitchen, I was hit by a most delicious smelling dish Sanji was cooking. That's right! I get to try his food! This makes things exciting. I always see everyone enjoying his dishes he makes. Now I get to see how good it really is!
"Ah, my princess! How are you doing?" He danced his way over to me, a bright smile, and heart shapped eyes were quite evident.
"I was seeing if you might need help with cleaning up, of something. Luffy is letting me have the 'cleaning Lady' postion!"
"What?! That's crazy! A beautiful girl like yourself shouldn't worry like that!"
"It's fine, really. I want to help, please?" I pouted to him, which made his heart fly faster.
"Of course! Come along, I'll show you what needs to be done!"

"No, no. Really. You don't have to do that!" Ada smiled shyly to Luffy, who had suggested the party of Ada's arrival.
"Nonsense. You're apart of this crew-" Sanji started, but was cut off by Ada.
"For now..."
"Aw, just let us throw a party. It's a great way to relax!" Nami butted in.
Sigh, "Alright. Though, I'm sure if I had disagreed, you all would have thrown a party anyway."
"You bet!" Luffy laughed, his grin wide with excitment.
"I'll start cooking then!" Sanji happily made his way to the kitchen, a spatula in hand.
"Ooh! I'll test the food!" Luffy ran after him, only to get kicked out of the kitchen by Sanji.
"No way! You'll eat everything!"
"But, I'm hungry!!" Luffy pouted.
Ada smiled softly to the Captain. "Come on, Luffy. Let's find something to do, while Sanji prepares dinner. We could play a game of Hide-and-Seek!"
Suddenly, Ussop, Chopper, and Brooke appeared out of nowhere. "We'll join!"
"Awesome!" Ada clapped her hands together, then turned to all four men. "Who wants to seek first?"
No one raised their hands. Ada just shrugged. "Okay, I'll be it. First off. The Kitchen is NOT TO HIDE IN! Okay, Luffy?"
"Aw!!" Luffy sighed. "Alright, I'll just have to hide somewhere else then!"
"Okay, also no hiding in the girls' rooms. That means you too, Brooke!"
Brooke sighs as well. "Fine."
Robin, who was sitting not to far from the five, chuckled. She was glad that the boys had a female friend to joke around with. ((FRE: You have no idea, how hard it was for me to not say something, that sounded bad...))
"I think that covers it.... Oh, no crows nest. There is no 'base' and LAST one to get tagged, is the new seeker. Understood?"
"Yep!" The four nodded, standing at attention.
"Alright then. I will start counting to 50. You better be ready by then!"
Ada sat on the floor of the ship, her eyes shut and covered by her hands, in a childish way. "1..... 2..... 3..... 4....."
As Ada counted the three boys, plus skellington ran off, to find their hiding spots.

Meanwhile....
"Well, this is very interesting... It seems like I will be able to have alittle fun before I finish the job..." The cloaked man laughed, the sound echoing down the halls of the cult's temple.
He watched as Ada went to find her new friends. From what he had learned from following her, she enjoyed the animated show named, "One Piece" and her most favorite character, is Luffy. He laughed again.
"I do believe I will pay a visit to the Straw Hats. Create some chaos. Now that she has become friends with them, having them find out, that she kept this to herself, it will break the trust they held for Ada."

Back to Ada

Later that night, Ada sat at the table with Robin, Franky, and Zolo. Infront of her was the 'magical' book. So far, nothing was written in it. 'Geez, I would sure love to find out about what has happened....'
"Has the book said anything yet?" Franky asked, glancing to the newest member of the Straw Hats.
Ada shook her head. "No. Nothing. I'm wondering if I was just set up of something."
"Could be possible." Robin commented, she took a sip of the rum she poured herself.
Zolo only glanced over. He still wasn't too sure about Ada yet. He knew she would cause trouble. Though, many members in this crew caused problems, only to have everyone work together to fix it.
Ada noticed Zolo studying her, she started to feel uneasy. His gaze was overwhelming for her.
Franky stood, stretching a bit. "Well, I'm beat. See you all in the morning."
The three others nodded to his dismissal.
"So, Ada. Not to put you on the spot, again... Do you know how to fight?" Robin asks.
"A little. I'm not the greatest at fighting. Only cause, where I was from, I really didn't need to fight. Only protect myself if needed. Which was, never really."
"I see." Robin nods. "We will train you then. Everyone here has their way of fighting."
"That sounds great!" Ada smiled to Robin.
"Where was it, that you lived?" Zolo asked, suddenly curious.
"Well, I use to live... In another Universe. Cause we didn't have anything like what you guys have."
"Like what?"
"Like-"
"Ada! Come on, you have to dance with us!" Luffy exclaimed, dragging her away from the table, and the book.
"But, Luffy!"
Robin sat there, laughing to herself. Zolo couldn't help but smirk. Though, he would have liked to know some more about Ada, and where she was from....

Luffy jumped off the ship, excitement coursing through his being. Ada chuckled at the sight, you could practically see the stars sparkeling around his face, as he grinned, barely being able to wait for the others to follow.
"Come on! Let's go!"
"We're coming Luffy!"
Ada was the last off, she turned and waved to Franky, who was staying on the ship, for now. Franky smiled and waved back.
"Okay, Luffy, you will be going with Zolo, Ada, and Brooke. Chopper, Sanji, Usopp, and Robin will go with me." Nami instructed.
"Okay!"
With that, the two groups went in their own directions.
Zolo glanced down to the book that Adaheld to her chest. He raised a brow.
"You're going to carry that everywhere?"
Ada gazed up to Zolo, blinking, before her eyes went to her book.
"Yes, Dominic did say he will communicate through this!"
"Hm, what will happen if we get into a fight? What will you do with the book?"
"Uh..." Ada thought. "Maybe while we're in town, I can finda back pack or something."
"Sounds like a fabulous idea!" Brooke laughed. "While we're here we can get you new clothes! I can help with finding panties!!"
Zolo's eyes widened, a stress mark appearing on his forehead. Ada's cheeks were flushed with her eyes wide in embarssment. Luffy threw his head back laughing.
"Uhm... You don't have... I mean that's not nessciary..."
"Let's get back to find our supplies. We'll keep an eye out for-"
"Oh look!! A Psychic!!" Luffy exclaimed, running off towards a stand, a tent covering it, and a glass ball picture above the door way.
"Luffy!" Ada called out, running after him.
Zolo sighed, "Come on, Brooke. Luffy can get himself in trouble, just the same as Ada."

"Oh my. Are you youngsters wanting you see what is to come in your future?"
"Yes!" Luffy exclaimed.
"What about the three of you?"
"Oh, not me." -Brooke
"I'm good." -Zolo
"Sure." -Ada

"Come sit down her then, the both of you."
Luffy and Ada sat at the table as Zolo and Brooke stood behind them, observing.
"Now lets see here. You young man. Yes, I see."
"What?!"
"You will have a sucessful future, but it is filled with challenges that you must surpass."
"Sweet!!" Luffy jumped out of his chair, his arms in the air.
"As for you, my dear."
'Why did that sound creepy? Reminds me of the Wicked Witch in the "Wizard of Oz"...'
"Are you ready?"
"I am."
"Your future is filled with troublesome trials. I see a dangerous dark cloud coming your way. Oh dear. You may not come out of these trials alive...."
Ada's eyes grew wide, along with Brooke and Zolo. Luffy's eyes widened in adoration.
"That's so cool!"
"You're serious!?"
"I am."
"Right. Thank you." Ada thanked the woman, and paid her for the tellings.

"That was great! I like your's better, Ada!"
"Yea, well you can have it. I'm not use to this kind of stuff. I mean, what is the dark clouds suppose to be?"
"Hey, Ada! Your book is glowing!" Brooke pointed out.
"It is!" She opened it up, and seen the writing.
"Ada, be observant. He's coming for you..."
"Hm, what does that mean?" Luffy asked.
Zolo watched Ada as her breath caught up in her lungs. This wasn't good, not one bit.
"The dark clouds... They represent... Him..."
"Who?" Luffy asked, now confused.
"Me."
The four turn around to see a person, from the sound of his voice was a man, in a black cloak. On the cloak, on his shoulder, had two letters. DS'DS? What is that?'
"Hello, Ada. We meet again."

Ada's eyes widened, closing the book and holding it close to her chest.

"What- Why are you here?"

The man chuckled knowing that he caused the fear in the young girl.

"Why, I'm here to visit you, before I dispose of you."

"What do you mean, you're planning to kill me?"

The man busted out laughing. It sent shivers down Ada's spine. Zolo grasp hold of the hilt of one of his swords, ready to attack if the mysterious man made a move. As for Brooke and Luffy, Brooke was
ready to attack as well, as Luffy stood by waiting to see who this man was and what he wanted with his newest nakama.

Ada started to feel anxious, she was ready to run. This man didn't feel as powerful as he did when they first met. And damn Dominic for not being here to help her.
She glanced over her shoulder, nervously
at her friends. Zolo, seeing Ada's uncomfortablness with the man, spoke, sounding very impatient.

"Oi, who the hell are you?"

The man quieted his laughter. "My identy is of no concern to you. But, the reason I'm here, is little Ada has been hiding a secret from all of you..."

Ada raised a brow, confused. "What do you mean?"

"Oh don't play dumb, tell them. Tell them all you know about their-"

"Luffy!"

Usoop ran up to the group, completely ignoring the stranger.

"There you guys are, it's time to go!"

"Aw, but I'm sooo hungry! We didn't stop at a resturant!"

Upon the distraction, the mysterious man turned his gaze to Ada. And she could practically see him smirk under his hood. "I'll be back for you." In a blink of an eye, he was gone.

"Sanji will cook for you! Come on, let's get going!"

Luffy huffed, "But, I'm hungry..."

"Come on Luffy, you can go bug Sanji to make you something to eat." Zolo put an arm around Ada's shoulders, seeing that she was too frightened to move, even after the stranger had disappeared.
"Ada, let's get going."

"Y-Yea.... R=Right..."

Once back at the ship, Luffy had mentioned the stranger. Zolo turned his attention to Ada.

"So, who was that?"

"I don't know, but he's the reason I'm here. Apparently he wants me dead. But, I don't know what I have done to deserve death..."

"Hmm..." Brooke started. "What was he talking about, you know... You having a secret?"

"I honestly..." Ada thought for a second, before she remembered something. 'The show.. "One Piece." He want's me to tell them, but... I don't think that's wise...'

"Ada?" Nami asked, seeing Ada's eyes widen. "You okay?"

"Huh? Oh, yea.. I'm fine..."

"Here you are my lovely ladies~" Sanji interrupted, setting smoothies infront of Nami, Robin, and Ada.
"Enjoy!"

"Hey, where's ours?!" Usoop and Luffy complained.

"These are for the ladies! They deserve such a treat!"

"What?!"

Ada tuned out the arguing, as she stared at the smoothie. Her thoughts were scrambled, she didn't know what to do. The crew will be upset either way, whether she told them or not. But, what if that's what
this man wanted? Just to cause her only problems?
Sighing, she stood and left, book in hand. She was going to contact Dominic. She needed to know what was going on!!

As Ada walked out of the kitchen, Zolo couldn't help but notice her leave. Getting annoyed with the idiots, Zolo got up as well and followed after Ada.

Said girl sat upon a barrel, her book open, laying over her lap. "Come on, Dominic! Why won't you say something?" She questioned the book.

"You know, i don't think it's safe for you to go out on your own."

Ada jumped she turned to see Zolo. "Oh, Zolo... Well, it was too.. Loud in the kitchen. I also need some fresh air."

"Understandable." He nodded.

"Um... Zolo?"

"Hm?"

"If I did know what this secret was that he was talking about, would you or the others be angry?"

Zolo raised a brow. "Depends on what kind of secret it is. If it was something about you been a tratior, then yes we would be somewhat upset. Otherwise, I don't
think we would be angry."

"Oh..." Ada sighed, slightly relieved. "Well then... I-I think I know what he's talking about. Though, I don't know how to explain it..."

Zolo shrugged, though he was curious to hear what it was. "Try your best. I'm sure we'll figure it out."

Ada nodded. "Okay... Let's go back to the kitchen."

"There you are, my lovely Ada!" Sanji exclaimed. "You didn't try your smoothie!"

"Sorry, Sanji. I wasn't feeling to well, and needed some fresh air."

"Well, here you are then, I saved it from being devoured!"

"Thank you...." She took the cup and set it down. "I-I want to talk about something... It's about that secret."

Luffy jumped up his full attention on Ada. "Alright! What is it?!"

Ada started to blush as everyone's attention went to her. She had no problem standing infront of her classmates when she was speaking.

"About the secret. Where I come from... There is this.... Show. It's named, 'One Piece'. A-And I watch it, it's about all your guys' adventures."

"What?! Really?! That's amazing!" Brooke exclaimed.

"And you were nervous to tell us this?" Zolo asked.

"Well, all of you aren't like anyone I've met before. I wasn't sure what to expect..."

"That's amazing! So, you knew about us, even before you arrived!!" Sanji smiled.

"Ah.. Yes..." Ada smiled shyly, rubbing the back of her neck in embarressment.

"So... Ada. Who is your favorite?" Nami asked.

"Well..." Her blush returned as she rubbed her arm now. "It's um... " She gave a soft laugh, at how shy she was. "My favorite is Luffy..."

"REALLY?!" Luffy exclaimed and smiled real big.

"Y=Yea. I always admired your carefree attitude. And that smile of your's... It's quite contagious."

"Hee hee! Well, I really like everything about you, Ada! You're awesome!"

Ada blushed madly at this. "T-Thanks, Luffy. You guys are really amazing. I found it unbelieveable when I found myself on this ship."

"Well, if Luffy's your favorite, whose your second favorite?" Franky asked, as Usopp, Chopper, Brooke and Sanji leaned closer.

"Oh that would have to be..." Ada thought for a second. "Of the Straw Hat Pirates, my second favorite is... Zolo."

"What?! The stupid swordsman?! Why not the cook?!" Sanji asked, or more of exclaimed....

"Well, you and him are mostly equal. "

Sanji glared at Zolo, as Zolo couldn't help but grin proudly.

"Then there's Nami and Robin. You two are the only girl's.... And I would have to say that you two are the best when it comes to keeping these boys in line. Including Sanji..." She muttered the last part with
a small smile.

"Why thank you, Ada." Robin smiled kindly.

"Yea, it's not an easy job." Nami laughed.

"As for the rest of you. You guys are just... Simply amazing, I would love to have friends like all of you!"

Franky grinned to her. "You're an amazing girl too, Ada! It's nice we got to meet you."

"Yea!" Chopper chimed in.

"Now, let's get something to eat! I'm starving!!" Luffy exclaimed.

"Yea! I'm starving too!" Usoop agreed. As did the others.

"Well, then, everyone out! I need space to cook!" Sanji ordered.
"Unless my three lovely swans would like to help!" Hearts floated above him as he danced.

"I'll help." Ada piped in, resulting Sanji to dance over and kiss her hand in a gentlman gesture.

As the others left, Ada and Sanji began to cook. Though, Sanji did most of it. Ada helped with dicing the vegetables and meat for him. Then setting the table. Before long, the food was served and everyone
was back in the kitchen.

"Well, I didn't expect this. Perhaps I should find another way to seperate the Straw Hats from Ada." The man thought aloud. "I know!" He grinned. "I will await the next time they land. Then, the fun begins..."

It had been a week from when Ada had told the crew of 'One Piece.' They had even asked what the next adventure would be, according to the anime. Ada would always shake her head, refusing to tell them. 'Them' being Luffy, Ussop, Chopper, and sometimes Nami.

Sailing had been full of adventures this past week, and Ada had been frightened, yet excited when sea monsters would rise from the depths of the ocean trying to destroy their ship. Luffy, of course, would defeat the monsters so easily though.

As of now, Ada sat in the kitchen with Robin reading some of her books she seemed to be always reading. Even though Ada was out on the ocean, away from home she wanted to open up to learning new things. She even practice math with Robin, and Nami. Especailly when Nami was counting her money.

As for Ada's book, nothing has been written in it since her encounter with the mysterious man that seems to want Ada dead. A shiver ran up her spine at the thought causing a lump to form in the back of her throat. Robin, noticing the shiver, turned her gaze to Ada.

"Are you alright, Ada?"

"Yea, I'm fine." She gave a reasuring smile to Robin before turning back to read the book again.

"Ada, Robin! There is an island up ahead! We are going to stop to see if there is a town or village somewhere."

Franky busted in, a grin plastered on his lips.

"Sounds great! Are we going in groups again?" Ada asked, a smile spreading on her own lips.

"Not sure yet. We're gathering on deck."

The two girls nodded, following Franky out and onto the deck.

"Are we grouping?"

"Let's stick together on this one."

"Alright."

"Alright! Let's go on a adventure!!"

Ada giggled at Luffy, as he jumped up and down in excitment. "It's an adventure. You have poor grammer."

"Huh? What's 'grammer?' "

Ada shook her head. "Nevermind, let's get ready to land."

"Right!"

Once the ship came to a stop Franky and Zolo help lower a ramp onto the sandy beach. Luffy jumped off the side of the ship, instead of using the ramp. He landed on the sand, making particles fly everywhere.

"Ah, it's great to be on land again! Come on, let's start our adventure!!" Luffy started to take a running step when Nami grabbed hold of the collar of his shirt.

"Hold on there, let's not get lost. That's the last thing we need."

"Are you sure you want to stay behind, you two?" Ada asked Robin and Ussop.

Robin nodded. "Yes, it's fine. You just keep an eye out on our Captain." She smirked.

"Yes ma'am!" Ada saluted Robin and turned to follow the rest of the Straw Hat pirates.

"Why didn't you bring your book, Ada?" Chopper asked, curiously eyeing Ada.

Ada shrugged. "Thought it'd be in the way. Besides, I didn't get a chance to look at backpacks in the last town. So, it wouldn't hurt to leave it behind for the time being."

Chopper nodded.

"Maybe you will get to use your awesome fighting skills you have been working on!" Luffy chimed in.

"Sure. It'll be fun. Thank goodness I can be useful this time if we get attacked."

"I'm sure before you could have joined in with no problem. You are very skilled afterall." Zolo pointed out, grinning.

"Yea, thanks Zolo." She smiled to him.

"Well, I hoped there was a village around here. It's probably on the other side of the island." Sanji huffed, taking out a cigeratte.

"Don't say that, Sanji. My feet are already killing me." Nami groaned, stopping and leaned against a tree.

"I can carry you!" Sanji started, hearts already in his eyes.

"Aw, you're too kind, Sanji dear." Nami blushed, acting innocently.

Nami was about to get up on Sanji's back, but was stopped as one of the many trees seemed to be chopped and was falling in the Straw Hats' direction.

"Look out!"

The tree came to the ground with a loud thud, almost shaking the ground the Straw Hats stood upon. They had managed to flee before getting smashed.

"What the hell?!" Zolo huffed, glancing over to where the tree once stood.

"How the hell did that tree fall? It had looked sturdy!" Franky exclaimed.

"Maybe we should see what caused it to fall?" Ada suggested, glancing over to Franky who had already been headed over to take a look.

Once upon inspection they found that the tree was cut, intentionally trying to hurt them. Zolo noticed right away that the cut wasn't made by an axe or anything like that. No, it was cut with a sword. And from the looks of it, the sword must be as strong as his own. Sensing more danger, Zolo readied his swords in case there was another attack.

"Come on out, we know you're here!" He shouted.

"Huh? Whose here?" Luffy asked.

"I must say, you pirates are quite naive. I've been following you since you entered the forest." There was a slight pause. "Though, it's not surprising to see that the 'Bushido' figured it out first."

The young male stepped out of the shadowed forest, a sinister grin widening upon his lips.
His dark gray eyes grew more sinister than his grin as they passed over Ada's form.

"Ada, my sweet. I'm glad I've found you. Lord Masaru will be pleased."

"W-Who is M-Masaru?" Ada stuttered, now taking slow steps behind the her. This man was crawling with evil, and it was making the poor girl uncomfortable.

"The man who appeared to you only a week ago." His grin slowly turning into a smirk.

"You mean the mysterious man that we seen in the last town we were at?" Luffy asked, tilting his head to the side.

For the first time since she's arrived, Ada thought Luffy didn't take this threat into consideration. She gave her captain a serious look. 'How could he be so calm?!'

"Bingo." The man nodded.

"Who are you anyway. And what do you and Masaru want with Ada?" Zolo asked.

"Oh, silly me." He gave a small snicker. "My name is Kai. And my buisness with Ada is very simple."

Turning his attention from Zolo over to Ada their eyes locked, and it seemed as if his cruel gray orbs grew more sinister and deadly. His lips curved once again into another cruel smirk, which caused Ada to shake with fear.
Her own eyes widening in fear.

"Ada must be eliminated at once."

"Eliminated?" Zolo voiced, his sword pretty
near unsheathed.

"What do you mean? You're planning on killing Ada?!" Nami asked.

"Duh!" Kai answered as if it was the most simplest thing to comprehend. "And once she is out of the way, Lord Masaru will be able to finsih his rituals."

"Wait, I don't understand. Why must I die? I haven't done anything wrong!!" Ada exclaimed in a panicked voice.

Kai only found her nervousness amusing. "You obviously don't know about your families reputation, huh?"

"My... Family... I don't understand what you're talking about!! My family hasn't done anything bad!"

"You sure on that, sweet cakes?" Kai asked in a smooth voice, causing Ada to gulp the lump that had suddenly found it's way in her throat again.

"I..."

"Anyway. I must get my job done. So," Kai
stretched his arms, before pulling his sword from it's sheath that was fastened at his belt on his waist.

"I'll make it easy for you all. Let me take the girl, and you all are unharmed. Whaddya say?"

Luffy stepped forward. His straw hat hiding his eyes. Ada knew what that meant. He wasn't happy.

"I will not allow you to take my nakama. She belongs to me."

Everyone was quiet knowing Luffy was ready to defend Ada. No one moved, not once. Kai even stood quietly observing the young pirate captain thoroughly.

"How much will you tak-"

"You cannot have her."

"..." Kai frowned. "Well then. If that's how you want it... Then it looks like I will have to take her by force."

With that, Kai charged at Luffy, sword ready. Luffy just stood in his spot, hat still covering his features. As Kai's blade came down to strike the young lad Luffy reacted rather quickly punching the sword, causing Kai to lean off balance and take a hit to the face.

Gripping his jaw, Kai only grew amused. "I surely wasn't expected that."

"I told you, you cannot have Ada. She belongs... To me!" Luffy snapped his head up to give the enemy a threatening look.

Ada's eyes widened, closing the book and holding it close to her chest.

"What- Why are you here?"

The man chuckled knowing that he caused the fear in the young girl.

"Why, I'm here to visit you, before I dispose of you."

"What do you mean, you're planning to kill me?"

"Oi, who the hell are you?"

The man quieted his laughter. "My identy is of no concern to you. But, the reason I'm here, is little Ada has been hiding a secret from all of you..."

Ada raised a brow, confused. "What do you mean?"

"Oh don't play dumb, tell them. Tell them all you know about their-"

"Luffy!"

Usoop ran up to the group, completely ignoring the stranger.

"There you guys are, it's time to go!"

"Aw, but I'm sooo hungry! We didn't stop at a resturant!"

Upon the distraction, the mysterious man turned his gaze to Ada. And she could practically see him smirk under his hood. "I'll be back for you." In a blink of an eye, he was gone.

"Sanji will cook for you! Come on, let's get going!"

Luffy huffed, "But, I'm hungry..."

"Y-Yea.... R=Right..."

Once back at the ship, Luffy had mentioned the stranger. Zolo turned his attention to Ada.

"So, who was that?"

"I don't know, but he's the reason I'm here. Apparently he wants me dead. But, I don't know what I have done to deserve death..."

"Hmm..." Brooke started. "What was he talking about, you know... You having a secret?"

"I honestly..." Ada thought for a second, before she remembered something. 'The show.. "One Piece." He want's me to tell them, but... I don't think that's wise...'

"Ada?" Nami asked, seeing Ada's eyes widen. "You okay?"

"Huh? Oh, yea.. I'm fine..."

"Here you are my lovely ladies~" Sanji interrupted, setting smoothies infront of Nami, Robin, and Ada.
"Enjoy!"

"Hey, where's ours?!" Usoop and Luffy complained.

"These are for the ladies! They deserve such a treat!"

"What?!"

As Ada walked out of the kitchen, Zolo couldn't help but notice her leave. Getting annoyed with the idiots, Zolo got up as well and followed after Ada.

Said girl sat upon a barrel, her book open, laying over her lap. "Come on, Dominic! Why won't you say something?" She questioned the book.

"You know, i don't think it's safe for you to go out on your own."

Ada jumped she turned to see Zolo. "Oh, Zolo... Well, it was too.. Loud in the kitchen. I also need some fresh air."

"Understandable." He nodded.

"Um... Zolo?"

"Hm?"

"If I did know what this secret was that he was talking about, would you or the others be angry?"

Zolo raised a brow. "Depends on what kind of secret it is. If it was something about you been a tratior, then yes we would be somewhat upset. Otherwise, I don't
think we would be angry."

"Oh..." Ada sighed, slightly relieved. "Well then... I-I think I know what he's talking about. Though, I don't know how to explain it..."

Zolo shrugged, though he was curious to hear what it was. "Try your best. I'm sure we'll figure it out."

Ada nodded. "Okay... Let's go back to the kitchen."

"There you are, my lovely Ada!" Sanji exclaimed. "You didn't try your smoothie!"

"Sorry, Sanji. I wasn't feeling to well, and needed some fresh air."

"Well, here you are then, I saved it from being devoured!"

"Thank you...." She took the cup and set it down. "I-I want to talk about something... It's about that secret."

Luffy jumped up his full attention on Ada. "Alright! What is it?!"

Ada started to blush as everyone's attention went to her. She had no problem standing infront of her classmates when she was speaking.

"About the secret. Where I come from... There is this.... Show. It's named, 'One Piece'. A-And I watch it, it's about all your guys' adventures."

"What?! Really?! That's amazing!" Brooke exclaimed.

"And you were nervous to tell us this?" Zolo asked.

"Well, all of you aren't like anyone I've met before. I wasn't sure what to expect..."

"That's amazing! So, you knew about us, even before you arrived!!" Sanji smiled.

"Ah.. Yes..." Ada smiled shyly, rubbing the back of her neck in embarressment.

"So... Ada. Who is your favorite?" Nami asked.

"Well..." Her blush returned as she rubbed her arm now. "It's um... " She gave a soft laugh, at how shy she was. "My favorite is Luffy..."

"REALLY?!" Luffy exclaimed and smiled real big.

"Y=Yea. I always admired your carefree attitude. And that smile of your's... It's quite contagious."

"Hee hee! Well, I really like everything about you, Ada! You're awesome!"

Ada blushed madly at this. "T-Thanks, Luffy. You guys are really amazing. I found it unbelieveable when I found myself on this ship."

"Well, if Luffy's your favorite, whose your second favorite?" Franky asked, as Usopp, Chopper, Brooke and Sanji leaned closer.

"Oh that would have to be..." Ada thought for a second. "Of the Straw Hat Pirates, my second favorite is... Zolo."

"What?! The stupid swordsman?! Why not the cook?!" Sanji asked, or more of exclaimed....

"Well, you and him are mostly equal. "

Sanji glared at Zolo, as Zolo couldn't help but grin proudly.

"Why thank you, Ada." Robin smiled kindly.

"Yea, it's not an easy job." Nami laughed.

"As for the rest of you. You guys are just... Simply amazing, I would love to have friends like all of you!"

Franky grinned to her. "You're an amazing girl too, Ada! It's nice we got to meet you."

"Yea!" Chopper chimed in.

"Now, let's get something to eat! I'm starving!!" Luffy exclaimed.

"Yea! I'm starving too!" Usoop agreed. As did the others.

"Well, then, everyone out! I need space to cook!" Sanji ordered.
"Unless my three lovely swans would like to help!" Hearts floated above him as he danced.

"I'll help." Ada piped in, resulting Sanji to dance over and kiss her hand in a gentlman gesture.

"Yea, I'm fine." She gave a reasuring smile to Robin before turning back to read the book again.

"Ada, Robin! There is an island up ahead! We are going to stop to see if there is a town or village somewhere."

Franky busted in, a grin plastered on his lips.

"Sounds great! Are we going in groups again?" Ada asked, a smile spreading on her own lips.

"Not sure yet. We're gathering on deck."

The two girls nodded, following Franky out and onto the deck.

"Are we grouping?"

"Let's stick together on this one."

"Alright."

"Alright! Let's go on a adventure!!"

Ada giggled at Luffy, as he jumped up and down in excitment. "It's an adventure. You have poor grammer."

"Huh? What's 'grammer?' "

Ada shook her head. "Nevermind, let's get ready to land."

"Right!"

"Ah, it's great to be on land again! Come on, let's start our adventure!!" Luffy started to take a running step when Nami grabbed hold of the collar of his shirt.

"Hold on there, let's not get lost. That's the last thing we need."

"Are you sure you want to stay behind, you two?" Ada asked Robin and Ussop.

Robin nodded. "Yes, it's fine. You just keep an eye out on our Captain." She smirked.

"Yes ma'am!" Ada saluted Robin and turned to follow the rest of the Straw Hat pirates.

"Why didn't you bring your book, Ada?" Chopper asked, curiously eyeing Ada.

Ada shrugged. "Thought it'd be in the way. Besides, I didn't get a chance to look at backpacks in the last town. So, it wouldn't hurt to leave it behind for the time being."

Chopper nodded.

"Maybe you will get to use your awesome fighting skills you have been working on!" Luffy chimed in.

"Sure. It'll be fun. Thank goodness I can be useful this time if we get attacked."

"I'm sure before you could have joined in with no problem. You are very skilled afterall." Zolo pointed out, grinning.

"Yea, thanks Zolo." She smiled to him.

"Well, I hoped there was a village around here. It's probably on the other side of the island." Sanji huffed, taking out a cigeratte.

"Don't say that, Sanji. My feet are already killing me." Nami groaned, stopping and leaned against a tree.

"I can carry you!" Sanji started, hearts already in his eyes.

"Aw, you're too kind, Sanji dear." Nami blushed, acting innocently.

Nami was about to get up on Sanji's back, but was stopped as one of the many trees seemed to be chopped and was falling in the Straw Hats' direction.

"Look out!"

The tree came to the ground with a loud thud, almost shaking the ground the Straw Hats stood upon. They had managed to flee before getting smashed.

"What the hell?!" Zolo huffed, glancing over to where the tree once stood.

"How the hell did that tree fall? It had looked sturdy!" Franky exclaimed.

"Maybe we should see what caused it to fall?" Ada suggested, glancing over to Franky who had already been headed over to take a look.

"Come on out, we know you're here!" He shouted.

"Huh? Whose here?" Luffy asked.

The young male stepped out of the shadowed forest, a sinister grin widening upon his lips.
His dark gray eyes grew more sinister than his grin as they passed over Ada's form.

"Ada, my sweet. I'm glad I've found you. Lord Masaru will be pleased."

"W-Who is M-Masaru?" Ada stuttered, now taking slow steps behind the her. This man was crawling with evil, and it was making the poor girl uncomfortable.

"The man who appeared to you only a week ago." His grin slowly turning into a smirk.

"You mean the mysterious man that we seen in the last town we were at?" Luffy asked, tilting his head to the side.

For the first time since she's arrived, Ada thought Luffy didn't take this threat into consideration. She gave her captain a serious look. 'How could he be so calm?!'

"Bingo." The man nodded.

"Who are you anyway. And what do you and Masaru want with Ada?" Zolo asked.

"Oh, silly me." He gave a small snicker. "My name is Kai. And my buisness with Ada is very simple."

"Ada must be eliminated at once."

"Eliminated?" Zolo voiced, his sword pretty
near unsheathed.

"What do you mean? You're planning on killing Ada?!" Nami asked.

"Duh!" Kai answered as if it was the most simplest thing to comprehend. "And once she is out of the way, Lord Masaru will be able to finsih his rituals."

"Wait, I don't understand. Why must I die? I haven't done anything wrong!!" Ada exclaimed in a panicked voice.

Kai only found her nervousness amusing. "You obviously don't know about your families reputation, huh?"

"My... Family... I don't understand what you're talking about!! My family hasn't done anything bad!"

Hello, my name is Ada.
I am 19 years old, and had recently just started college, a week ago. My hair color, at this moment in time, is a dark blue color, very dark. Like Homura's color of hair off of 'Saiyuki'. I had role-played as Homura last Halloween, I liked the color, and kept it. For now. My body is slender, I (try) to keep myself healthy, Starburst doesn't help much. Or Coca Cola. Upon hearing my name called, I glanced over my shoulder to see my friend Sera running up, a wide grin on her lips.
"Ada! Did you hear that TeamFourStar is going to be making an abrigded 'One Piece'?!"
"Yes, I did hear that. I'm so excited!" I laughed, trying to contain my excitement.
"I can't wait!!" Sera squealed.
"Me either!"
"So, hey... Are you busy tonight?" Sera asked, tilting her head to the side.
"Uhm... I do have to study for a test tomorrow..."
"Oh, well. John is having a Halloween party tonight. I was wondering if you wanted to go."
"Ah, I love John's parties!" John throws the best parties ever. I frowned. "I would love to go. But, this is a big test. I have to pass it."
"That's okay. I don't think alot of other people will be coming either... Well, I'll see you tomorrow in class?"
"Of course!" I smiled to my friend, as she waved and ran off.
"See ya!"

I started back to my appartment, already thinking of my plans for my studying. As I headed through the park, the wind seemed to pick up. I didn't think much of it, since its around that time for the leaves to be blown off their trees.
"Ada."
"Huh?" I stopped, turning around to see who had called out to me. "Whose there?"

There was no answer.
I shrugged and went to turn around, to continue home, when I stopped again, this time an older man stood infront of me, I nearly ran into him!
"Ada. You are in great danger. You must follow me to a safer place."
I stared at him for a second, then smiled to him. "Are you trying to pull a prank?"
"No, this is no joke. There is a man from an evil cult that has come to kill you off."
I blinked at him, my smile long gone. "How do you know this?"
"I have known your family for quite some time now. My job is to keep you and your family safe."
"Uhh... Okay. Why hasn't my mother told me about this?"
"Probably because she didn't know how to tell you, my dear."
"Well, who is this man that is coming for me?"
"I will explain later. We've already wasted enough time. He'll be here any minute. Come with me, and I will explain everything else to you."
The man opened a portal, which my eyes crew wide in shock. 'How'd he do that?!'
"Come along."
"Don't go, not yet atleast."
I gasped, turning around I gazed up at a tall figure in a black cloak. I could tell he was smirking down on me. His eyes shined through the shadow his hood casted over his face.
"Who are you?"
"That's the man I told you about! Ada, hurry!"
"Why in such a hurry, it's my turn to speak with the young lady."
I took a step back, closer to the old man.
"Don't you dare lay a finger on her."
"Are you fighting back, Dominic?"
"Yes! Now leave her alone."
"You're wasting my time..." The man growled, now irritated with 'Dominic'. He reached out for my arm, but Dominic got to me first.
He grabbed ahold of my shoulder, tossing me behind him, and to the portal. Throwing a book into my grasp before I was consumed by the dark poral. My eyes were wide, and my heart pounding with slight fear, as I heard Dominic tell me; "Don't be afraid Child. You will find friends that will help you. Until I find you again, take care."

After his voice faded, my eyes slowly shut as I fell unconsious...

Slowly, I opened my eyes, only to shut them and cover my arm over my eyes. The sun glared down onto the earth, which would make it mid-day. I sat up, finally adjusting my eyes to the sun.
"What the-."
I was sitting on a white sanded beach. The water flowing up to shore then back into the ocean. The clean air was amazing. I took in a few deep breath.
My eyes caught sight of the book the man had given me. What was it for?
Opening the book, I noticed that it was empty. The pages had nothing on them.
"That's odd..."
"ROCKETTTT!!!!"
"What the..." I glanced up to see something flying towards me.
"Holy crap!!!" I yelled, ducking close to the sandy land. The boy crashed into me anyway, causing both of us to tumble backwards.
"I was right! You are a girl! What are you doing on the beach?"
My eyes swirled from the impact. "Uh... What?"
"You're funny! What's your name?"
I sat up, holding my head, finally getting a good look at the boy.
'Luffy?!'
"My name... Uh, is Ada..."
"Ada? I like it! You're really pretty, and so is your name!"
I blushed. Oh boy...

"My name is Monkey D. Luffy!"
I let out a small laugh. Luffy had to be my most favorite character off 'One Piece'.
"It's nice to meet you, Luffy!"
"What are you doing on this island all by yourself? We've already checked and there was no one here, until now."
"Well... It's kind of a long story..."
"Oh! Would you tell me it?"
"Wel... I walking home from school... And this man came to me and warned me that I was in danger, and he want me to come with him. Then this other man came, and he was covered in a black cloak. He was the one who wanted to kill me. I guess. Then the cloaked man went to grab me but the man who wanted to save me pulled me into this portal. I had fallen unconsious and when I woke up.... I was here. Oh, and this book too. The good man gave it to me. But He never said what it was for."
"A book?"
I nodded and opened it. "See? Nothing in there."
"There is too something there! Look!"
I glanced down to the first page, and there in writing was a sentence.
"Ada, I am sorry I am not there, I will be soon first you must find the Straw Hat pirates."
"Hey, that's my crew! That's great! You found us! Just like the book says! It must be magical!"
I chuckled, "I-It must be..."
"Well, since you had to find us, I'll take you to the ship so you can meet the others!"
"Uh... How are you going to- Wahh!!"
I yelled out as Luffy stretched his arm all the way to the ship's side and grabbed onto my waist and he jumped up, letting the two of us fly off towards the ship.
"Grab him!"
I heard someone yell.
Suddenly I was dropped, and I braced myself for an uneasy fall, but it didn't come as I landed in someone's arms. I dared to peek at the person to see the Straw Hat's carpenter, Franky.
"Supaa!!! Glad I caught you, or you would have went over board!"
"Uh... Thanks."
Luffy smiled, as he gave his trade mark laugh, before Sanji, the chef, came up and smacked the Young Captain over his head.
"You stupid! You could have hurt this young lady!!"
He turned and headed in my direction, hearts flying above his head.
"My sweet!" He started as Franky let me down. "Are you alright?!"
He took my hand in his and started to kiss the back of my hand. I blushed, as I smiled to the love struck chef.
"I'm alright. Just a little startled."
"Her name is Ada! And she had to find us. That's what her magical book says!"
"Magical book?" Someone asked.
I held up the book, finally getting my hand back. "It was given to me from... I guess my Family's guardian."
"You guess?" The man who spoke was Zolo. And boy was he ever sexy...
"Uh... Yea." I nervously glanced away, my blush now back on my cheeks again.
"Introductions! She has no idea who we are!" Ussop, the crew's mechanic.
"Oh of course!" Luffy laughed, pointing to all his crew members.
"That's Zolo, Nami, Ussop, Chopper, Sanji, Franky, Robin and Brooke!"

"It's nice to meet you all!" I smiled.
"You too, my princess!" Sanji started again.
Brooke walked up to me, his tall self towering over me.
"Excuse miss Ada... But, may I see your panties?"
'Oh... I forgot he did that...' My eyes went wide, and my face went more redder than before.
"Um... No."
"Ouch!" Nami kicked Brooke in the head. "Pervert!!"
I chuckled nervously. "Ada, don't let this men do that to you. Smack 'em!"
"I'll keep that in mind. Thanks Nami."
Luffy jumps in. "Ada, I will show you around the ship! You're going to love it!"
"Um, Okay..." I smiled to the Captain as he took my wrist and lead me to the bunks first.

　
It had taken awhile for Luffy and Ada to see the whole ship. He had also explained about their last ship, 'Going Merry'. But, of course, Ada knew about it. She noted to herself not to say anything that would lead to suspicion. It would be very difficult for her to explain about the show of 'One Piece' so they could understand it.
Now, Ada sat beside Luffy, on the deck, as Luffy munched down on a piece of meat, she checked her book.
----Ada's POV----

I sighed softly, checking my book again. Not only was there no new writings, the sentence from before... Vanished! This did not make sense...
I glanced over to Luffy. He was so focused on that piece of meat... "Hey, Luffy?"
"Hm?" He turned his head to face me, the meat hanging from his mouth, as he was clenching it between his teeth.
I held in my giggles, Luffy was so cute.
"Are you feeling alright, Ada? Your cheeks are red!"
"I-I'm fine."
Luffy just shrugged and took the meat out of his mouth and fully turned to me. "What did you need? Are you hungry?"
"Ah, well. I was just wondering.... Since I'm on this ship as of now, is there something I should help out with?"
Luffy placed his finger on his chin, thinking hard as to what I should do.
"Hmm... Do you cook?"
"Rarely."
"Can you build things?"
"Nope, I end up destroying them in the end."
"Can you clean?"
"Yea, I can do that!"
"Then you can be our cleaning lady!"
Luffy cheerfully yelled out, throwing his arms in the air.
This caused a smile to reappear upon my lips again. He was just...
"Hey, do you two plan on sitting around all day?"
We both glanced up to see Nami, her fists balled up on her hips.
"Ada is going to be our cleaning lady!"
"That's great! Cause it's Zolo's turn. And he's hopeless at cleaning. You can help him!"
"Alright. I'll start in the girls' quarters."
"That's right, we need to make room for you to sleep. I'll talk to Franky about that."
I nodded to Nami. So far everyone has been quite helpful. Except Zolo, but, that's just Zolo for you. He never trusts someone until he gets to know them better. I stood, telling Luffy I'd see him later, then turned to head to the girls' quarters.

After cleaning the quarters, I had placed my book in there since I didn't need it at the moment, I headed down the hall to see where Zolo was, and to see if he needed any help. I opened a door, seeing it was a bedroom, I walked in to find it a mess.
"What are you doing in here?"
I was startled by Zolo's sudden question. I hadn't expected him to be in here.
"I'm here to see if you need help. Luffy has made me the 'Cleaning Lady'."
"I see."
He was organizing the dressers, and the clothes that were in it. I noticed the clothes looked like his.
"Is this your room?"
"Yes, it is."
"Its...."
"Messy, I know."
"I was going to say small, but that too."
There was silence, as we began to clean the room. Once things were done, I went to leave when Zolo stopped me.
"Hey, did that book really tell you to find us?"
"Yes, it did. But, for some reason... The writings that were there, are gone. There hasn't been anything there for hours."
Zolo's eyes narrowed. "You do realize that just sounds suspicious...?"
I rubbed the back of my neck, chuckling out of nervousness. "Yes. I know. And I'm sorry. I never asked for any of this to happen."
"Right. Anyway, everything's cleaned on this side of the ship. I am not going in that kitchen with that stupid chef."
"That's fine, I'll do it."
As I turned to leave, Zolo crossed his arms, watching my retreating form until it was out of sight. He is making me so nervous! I shut my eyes, and let out a sigh of breath. I felt so tense. This is completely awkward for me....

Walking into the kitchen, I was hit by a most delicious smelling dish Sanji was cooking. That's right! I get to try his food! This makes things exciting. I always see everyone enjoying his dishes he makes. Now I get to see how good it really is!
"Ah, my princess! How are you doing?" He danced his way over to me, a bright smile, and heart shapped eyes were quite evident.
"I was seeing if you might need help with cleaning up, of something. Luffy is letting me have the 'cleaning Lady' postion!"
"What?! That's crazy! A beautiful girl like yourself shouldn't worry like that!"
"It's fine, really. I want to help, please?" I pouted to him, which made his heart fly faster.
"Of course! Come along, I'll show you what needs to be done!"

"No, no. Really. You don't have to do that!" Ada smiled shyly to Luffy, who had suggested the party of Ada's arrival.
"Nonsense. You're apart of this crew-" Sanji started, but was cut off by Ada.
"For now..."
"Aw, just let us throw a party. It's a great way to relax!" Nami butted in.
Sigh, "Alright. Though, I'm sure if I had disagreed, you all would have thrown a party anyway."
"You bet!" Luffy laughed, his grin wide with excitment.
"I'll start cooking then!" Sanji happily made his way to the kitchen, a spatula in hand.
"Ooh! I'll test the food!" Luffy ran after him, only to get kicked out of the kitchen by Sanji.
"No way! You'll eat everything!"
"But, I'm hungry!!" Luffy pouted.
Ada smiled softly to the Captain. "Come on, Luffy. Let's find something to do, while Sanji prepares dinner. We could play a game of Hide-and-Seek!"
Suddenly, Ussop, Chopper, and Brooke appeared out of nowhere. "We'll join!"
"Awesome!" Ada clapped her hands together, then turned to all four men. "Who wants to seek first?"
No one raised their hands. Ada just shrugged. "Okay, I'll be it. First off. The Kitchen is NOT TO HIDE IN! Okay, Luffy?"
"Aw!!" Luffy sighed. "Alright, I'll just have to hide somewhere else then!"
"Okay, also no hiding in the girls' rooms. That means you too, Brooke!"
Brooke sighs as well. "Fine."
Robin, who was sitting not to far from the five, chuckled. She was glad that the boys had a female friend to joke around with. ((FRE: You have no idea, how hard it was for me to not say something, that sounded bad...))
"I think that covers it.... Oh, no crows nest. There is no 'base' and LAST one to get tagged, is the new seeker. Understood?"
"Yep!" The four nodded, standing at attention.
"Alright then. I will start counting to 50. You better be ready by then!"
Ada sat on the floor of the ship, her eyes shut and covered by her hands, in a childish way. "1..... 2..... 3..... 4....."
As Ada counted the three boys, plus skellington ran off, to find their hiding spots.

Meanwhile....
"Well, this is very interesting... It seems like I will be able to have alittle fun before I finish the job..." The cloaked man laughed, the sound echoing down the halls of the cult's temple.
He watched as Ada went to find her new friends. From what he had learned from following her, she enjoyed the animated show named, "One Piece" and her most favorite character, is Luffy. He laughed again.
"I do believe I will pay a visit to the Straw Hats. Create some chaos. Now that she has become friends with them, having them find out, that she kept this to herself, it will break the trust they held for Ada."

Back to Ada

Later that night, Ada sat at the table with Robin, Franky, and Zolo. Infront of her was the 'magical' book. So far, nothing was written in it. 'Geez, I would sure love to find out about what has happened....'
"Has the book said anything yet?" Franky asked, glancing to the newest member of the Straw Hats.
Ada shook her head. "No. Nothing. I'm wondering if I was just set up of something."
"Could be possible." Robin commented, she took a sip of the rum she poured herself.
Zolo only glanced over. He still wasn't too sure about Ada yet. He knew she would cause trouble. Though, many members in this crew caused problems, only to have everyone work together to fix it.
Ada noticed Zolo studying her, she started to feel uneasy. His gaze was overwhelming for her.
Franky stood, stretching a bit. "Well, I'm beat. See you all in the morning."
The three others nodded to his dismissal.
"So, Ada. Not to put you on the spot, again... Do you know how to fight?" Robin asks.
"A little. I'm not the greatest at fighting. Only cause, where I was from, I really didn't need to fight. Only protect myself if needed. Which was, never really."
"I see." Robin nods. "We will train you then. Everyone here has their way of fighting."
"That sounds great!" Ada smiled to Robin.
"Where was it, that you lived?" Zolo asked, suddenly curious.
"Well, I use to live... In another Universe. Cause we didn't have anything like what you guys have."
"Like what?"
"Like-"
"Ada! Come on, you have to dance with us!" Luffy exclaimed, dragging her away from the table, and the book.
"But, Luffy!"
Robin sat there, laughing to herself. Zolo couldn't help but smirk. Though, he would have liked to know some more about Ada, and where she was from....
Luffy jumped off the ship, excitement coursing through his being. Ada chuckled at the sight, you could practically see the stars sparkeling around his face, as he grinned, barely being able to wait for the others to follow.
"Come on! Let's go!"
"We're coming Luffy!"
Ada was the last off, she turned and waved to Franky, who was staying on the ship, for now. Franky smiled and waved back.
"Okay, Luffy, you will be going with Zolo, Ada, and Brooke. Chopper, Sanji, Usopp, and Robin will go with me." Nami instructed.
"Okay!"
With that, the two groups went in their own directions.
Zolo glanced down to the book that Adaheld to her chest. He raised a brow.
"You're going to carry that everywhere?"
Ada gazed up to Zolo, blinking, before her eyes went to her book.
"Yes, Dominic did say he will communicate through this!"
"Hm, what will happen if we get into a fight? What will you do with the book?"
"Uh..." Ada thought. "Maybe while we're in town, I can finda back pack or something."
"Sounds like a fabulous idea!" Brooke laughed. "While we're here we can get you new clothes! I can help with finding panties!!"
Zolo's eyes widened, a stress mark appearing on his forehead. Ada's cheeks were flushed with her eyes wide in embarssment. Luffy threw his head back laughing.
"Uhm... You don't have... I mean that's not nessciary..."
"Let's get back to find our supplies. We'll keep an eye out for-"
"Oh look!! A Psychic!!" Luffy exclaimed, running off towards a stand, a tent covering it, and a glass ball picture above the door way.
"Luffy!" Ada called out, running after him.
Zolo sighed, "Come on, Brooke. Luffy can get himself in trouble, just the same as Ada."

"Oh my. Are you youngsters wanting you see what is to come in your future?"
"Yes!" Luffy exclaimed.
"What about the three of you?"
"Oh, not me." -Brooke
"I'm good." -Zolo
"Sure." -Ada

"Come sit down her then, the both of you."
Luffy and Ada sat at the table as Zolo and Brooke stood behind them, observing.
"Now lets see here. You young man. Yes, I see."
"What?!"
"You will have a sucessful future, but it is filled with challenges that you must surpass."
"Sweet!!" Luffy jumped out of his chair, his arms in the air.
"As for you, my dear."
'Why did that sound creepy? Reminds me of the Wicked Witch in the "Wizard of Oz"...'
"Are you ready?"
"I am."
"Your future is filled with troublesome trials. I see a dangerous dark cloud coming your way. Oh dear. You may not come out of these trials alive...."
Ada's eyes grew wide, along with Brooke and Zolo. Luffy's eyes widened in adoration.
"That's so cool!"
"You're serious!?"
"I am."
"Right. Thank you." Ada thanked the woman, and paid her for the tellings.

"That was great! I like your's better, Ada!"
"Yea, well you can have it. I'm not use to this kind of stuff. I mean, what is the dark clouds suppose to be?"
"Hey, Ada! Your book is glowing!" Brooke pointed out.
"It is!" She opened it up, and seen the writing.
"Ada, be observant. He's coming for you..."
"Hm, what does that mean?" Luffy asked.
Zolo watched Ada as her breath caught up in her lungs. This wasn't good, not one bit.
"The dark clouds... They represent... Him..."
"Who?" Luffy asked, now confused.
"Me."
The four turn around to see a person, from the sound of his voice was a man, in a black cloak. On the cloak, on his shoulder, had two letters. DS'DS? What is that?'
"Hello, Ada. We meet again."
Ada's eyes widened, closing the book and holding it close to her chest.

"What- Why are you here?"

The man chuckled knowing that he caused the fear in the young girl.

"Why, I'm here to visit you, before I dispose of you."

"What do you mean, you're planning to kill me?"

The man busted out laughing. It sent shivers down Ada's spine. Zolo grasp hold of the hilt of one of his swords, ready to attack if the mysterious man made a move. As for Brooke and Luffy, Brooke was
ready to attack as well, as Luffy stood by waiting to see who this man was and what he wanted with his newest nakama.

Ada started to feel anxious, she was ready to run. This man didn't feel as powerful as he did when they first met. And damn Dominic for not being here to help her.
She glanced over her shoulder, nervously
at her friends. Zolo, seeing Ada's uncomfortablness with the man, spoke, sounding very impatient.

"Oi, who the hell are you?"

The man quieted his laughter. "My identy is of no concern to you. But, the reason I'm here, is little Ada has been hiding a secret from all of you..."

Ada raised a brow, confused. "What do you mean?"

"Oh don't play dumb, tell them. Tell them all you know about their-"

"Luffy!"

Usoop ran up to the group, completely ignoring the stranger.

"There you guys are, it's time to go!"

"Aw, but I'm sooo hungry! We didn't stop at a resturant!"

Upon the distraction, the mysterious man turned his gaze to Ada. And she could practically see him smirk under his hood. "I'll be back for you." In a blink of an eye, he was gone.

"Sanji will cook for you! Come on, let's get going!"

Luffy huffed, "But, I'm hungry..."

"Come on Luffy, you can go bug Sanji to make you something to eat." Zolo put an arm around Ada's shoulders, seeing that she was too frightened to move, even after the stranger had disappeared.
"Ada, let's get going."

"Y-Yea.... R=Right..."

Once back at the ship, Luffy had mentioned the stranger. Zolo turned his attention to Ada.

"So, who was that?"

"I don't know, but he's the reason I'm here. Apparently he wants me dead. But, I don't know what I have done to deserve death..."

"Hmm..." Brooke started. "What was he talking about, you know... You having a secret?"

"I honestly..." Ada thought for a second, before she remembered something. 'The show.. "One Piece." He want's me to tell them, but... I don't think that's wise...'

"Ada?" Nami asked, seeing Ada's eyes widen. "You okay?"

"Huh? Oh, yea.. I'm fine..."

"Here you are my lovely ladies~" Sanji interrupted, setting smoothies infront of Nami, Robin, and Ada.
"Enjoy!"

"Hey, where's ours?!" Usoop and Luffy complained.

"These are for the ladies! They deserve such a treat!"

"What?!"

Ada tuned out the arguing, as she stared at the smoothie. Her thoughts were scrambled, she didn't know what to do. The crew will be upset either way, whether she told them or not. But, what if that's what
this man wanted? Just to cause her only problems?
Sighing, she stood and left, book in hand. She was going to contact Dominic. She needed to know what was going on!!

As Ada walked out of the kitchen, Zolo couldn't help but notice her leave. Getting annoyed with the idiots, Zolo got up as well and followed after Ada.

Said girl sat upon a barrel, her book open, laying over her lap. "Come on, Dominic! Why won't you say something?" She questioned the book.

"You know, i don't think it's safe for you to go out on your own."

Ada jumped she turned to see Zolo. "Oh, Zolo... Well, it was too.. Loud in the kitchen. I also need some fresh air."

"Understandable." He nodded.

"Um... Zolo?"

"Hm?"

"If I did know what this secret was that he was talking about, would you or the others be angry?"

Zolo raised a brow. "Depends on what kind of secret it is. If it was something about you been a tratior, then yes we would be somewhat upset. Otherwise, I don't
think we would be angry."

"Oh..." Ada sighed, slightly relieved. "Well then... I-I think I know what he's talking about. Though, I don't know how to explain it..."

Zolo shrugged, though he was curious to hear what it was. "Try your best. I'm sure we'll figure it out."

Ada nodded. "Okay... Let's go back to the kitchen."

"There you are, my lovely Ada!" Sanji exclaimed. "You didn't try your smoothie!"

"Sorry, Sanji. I wasn't feeling to well, and needed some fresh air."

"Well, here you are then, I saved it from being devoured!"

"Thank you...." She took the cup and set it down. "I-I want to talk about something... It's about that secret."

Luffy jumped up his full attention on Ada. "Alright! What is it?!"

Ada started to blush as everyone's attention went to her. She had no problem standing infront of her classmates when she was speaking.

"About the secret. Where I come from... There is this.... Show. It's named, 'One Piece'. A-And I watch it, it's about all your guys' adventures."

"What?! Really?! That's amazing!" Brooke exclaimed.

"And you were nervous to tell us this?" Zolo asked.

"Well, all of you aren't like anyone I've met before. I wasn't sure what to expect..."

"That's amazing! So, you knew about us, even before you arrived!!" Sanji smiled.

"Ah.. Yes..." Ada smiled shyly, rubbing the back of her neck in embarressment.

"So... Ada. Who is your favorite?" Nami asked.

"Well..." Her blush returned as she rubbed her arm now. "It's um... " She gave a soft laugh, at how shy she was. "My favorite is Luffy..."

"REALLY?!" Luffy exclaimed and smiled real big.

"Y=Yea. I always admired your carefree attitude. And that smile of your's... It's quite contagious."

"Hee hee! Well, I really like everything about you, Ada! You're awesome!"

Ada blushed madly at this. "T-Thanks, Luffy. You guys are really amazing. I found it unbelieveable when I found myself on this ship."

"Well, if Luffy's your favorite, whose your second favorite?" Franky asked, as Usopp, Chopper, Brooke and Sanji leaned closer.

"Oh that would have to be..." Ada thought for a second. "Of the Straw Hat Pirates, my second favorite is... Zolo."

"What?! The stupid swordsman?! Why not the cook?!" Sanji asked, or more of exclaimed....

"Well, you and him are mostly equal. "
Sanji glared at Zolo, as Zolo couldn't help but grin proudly.

"Then there's Nami and Robin. You two are the only girl's.... And I would have to say that you two are the best when it comes to keeping these boys in line. Including Sanji..." She muttered the last part with
a small smile.

"Why thank you, Ada." Robin smiled kindly.

"Yea, it's not an easy job." Nami laughed.

"As for the rest of you. You guys are just... Simply amazing, I would love to have friends like all of you!"

Franky grinned to her. "You're an amazing girl too, Ada! It's nice we got to meet you."

"Yea!" Chopper chimed in.

"Now, let's get something to eat! I'm starving!!" Luffy exclaimed.

"Yea! I'm starving too!" Usoop agreed. As did the others.

"Well, then, everyone out! I need space to cook!" Sanji ordered.
"Unless my three lovely swans would like to help!" Hearts floated above him as he danced.

"I'll help." Ada piped in, resulting Sanji to dance over and kiss her hand in a gentlman gesture.

As the others left, Ada and Sanji began to cook. Though, Sanji did most of it. Ada helped with dicing the vegetables and meat for him. Then setting the table. Before long, the food was served and everyone
was back in the kitchen.

"Well, I didn't expect this. Perhaps I should find another way to seperate the Straw Hats from Ada." The man thought aloud. "I know!" He grinned. "I will await the next time they land. Then, the fun begins..."

It had been a week from when Ada had told the crew of 'One Piece.' They had even asked what the next adventure would be, according to the anime. Ada would always shake her head, refusing to tell them. 'Them' being Luffy, Ussop, Chopper, and sometimes Nami.

Sailing had been full of adventures this past week, and Ada had been frightened, yet excited when sea monsters would rise from the depths of the ocean trying to destroy their ship. Luffy, of course, would defeat the monsters so easily though.

As of now, Ada sat in the kitchen with Robin reading some of her books she seemed to be always reading. Even though Ada was out on the ocean, away from home she wanted to open up to learning new things. She even practice math with Robin, and Nami. Especailly when Nami was counting her money.

As for Ada's book, nothing has been written in it since her encounter with the mysterious man that seems to want Ada dead. A shiver ran up her spine at the thought causing a lump to form in the back of her throat. Robin, noticing the shiver, turned her gaze to Ada.

"Are you alright, Ada?"

"Yea, I'm fine." She gave a reasuring smile to Robin before turning back to read the book again.

"Ada, Robin! There is an island up ahead! We are going to stop to see if there is a town or village somewhere."

Franky busted in, a grin plastered on his lips.

"Sounds great! Are we going in groups again?" Ada asked, a smile spreading on her own lips.

"Not sure yet. We're gathering on deck."

The two girls nodded, following Franky out and onto the deck.

"Are we grouping?"

"Let's stick together on this one."

"Alright."

"Alright! Let's go on a adventure!!"

Ada giggled at Luffy, as he jumped up and down in excitment. "It's an adventure. You have poor grammer."

"Huh? What's 'grammer?' "

Ada shook her head. "Nevermind, let's get ready to land."

"Right!"
Once the ship came to a stop Franky and Zolo help lower a ramp onto the sandy beach. Luffy jumped off the side of the ship, instead of using the ramp. He landed on the sand, making particles fly everywhere.

"Ah, it's great to be on land again! Come on, let's start our adventure!!" Luffy started to take a running step when Nami grabbed hold of the collar of his shirt.

"Hold on there, let's not get lost. That's the last thing we need."

"Are you sure you want to stay behind, you two?" Ada asked Robin and Ussop.
Robin nodded. "Yes, it's fine. You just keep an eye out on our Captain." She smirked.

"Yes ma'am!" Ada saluted Robin and turned to follow the rest of the Straw Hat pirates.

"Why didn't you bring your book, Ada?" Chopper asked, curiously eyeing Ada.

Ada shrugged. "Thought it'd be in the way. Besides, I didn't get a chance to look at backpacks in the last town. So, it wouldn't hurt to leave it behind for the time being."

Chopper nodded.

"Maybe you will get to use your awesome fighting skills you have been working on!" Luffy chimed in.

"Sure. It'll be fun. Thank goodness I can be useful this time if we get attacked."

"I'm sure before you could have joined in with no problem. You are very skilled afterall." Zolo pointed out, grinning.

"Yea, thanks Zolo." She smiled to him.

"Well, I hoped there was a village around here. It's probably on the other side of the island." Sanji huffed, taking out a cigeratte.

"Don't say that, Sanji. My feet are already killing me." Nami groaned, stopping and leaned against a tree.

"I can carry you!" Sanji started, hearts already in his eyes.

"Aw, you're too kind, Sanji dear." Nami blushed, acting innocently.

Nami was about to get up on Sanji's back, but was stopped as one of the many trees seemed to be chopped and was falling in the Straw Hats' direction.

"Look out!"
The tree came to the ground with a loud thud, almost shaking the ground the Straw Hats stood upon. They had managed to flee before getting smashed.

"What the hell?!" Zolo huffed, glancing over to where the tree once stood.

"How the hell did that tree fall? It had looked sturdy!" Franky exclaimed.

"Maybe we should see what caused it to fall?" Ada suggested, glancing over to Franky who had already been headed over to take a look.

Once upon inspection they found that the tree was cut, intentionally trying to hurt them. Zolo noticed right away that the cut wasn't made by an axe or anything like that. No, it was cut with a sword. And from the looks of it, the sword must be as strong as his own. Sensing more danger, Zolo readied his swords in case there was another attack.

"Come on out, we know you're here!" He shouted.

"Huh? Whose here?" Luffy asked.

"I must say, you pirates are quite naive. I've been following you since you entered the forest." There was a slight pause. "Though, it's not surprising to see that the 'Bushido' figured it out first."

The young male stepped out of the shadowed forest, a sinister grin widening upon his lips.
His dark gray eyes grew more sinister than his grin as they passed over Ada's form.

"Ada, my sweet. I'm glad I've found you. Lord Masaru will be pleased."

"W-Who is M-Masaru?" Ada stuttered, now taking slow steps behind the her. This man was crawling with evil, and it was making the poor girl uncomfortable.

"The man who appeared to you only a week ago." His grin slowly turning into a smirk.

"You mean the mysterious man that we seen in the last town we were at?" Luffy asked, tilting his head to the side.

For the first time since she's arrived, Ada thought Luffy didn't take this threat into consideration. She gave her captain a serious look. 'How could he be so calm?!'

"Bingo." The man nodded.

"Who are you anyway. And what do you and Masaru want with Ada?" Zolo asked.

"Oh, silly me." He gave a small snicker. "My name is Kai. And my buisness with Ada is very simple."

Turning his attention from Zolo over to Ada their eyes locked, and it seemed as if his cruel gray orbs grew more sinister and deadly. His lips curved once again into another cruel smirk, which caused Ada to shake with fear.
Her own eyes widening in fear.

"Ada must be eliminated at once."

"Eliminated?" Zolo voiced, his sword pretty
near unsheathed.

"What do you mean? You're planning on killing Ada?!" Nami asked.

"Duh!" Kai answered as if it was the most simplest thing to comprehend. "And once she is out of the way, Lord Masaru will be able to finsih his rituals."

"Wait, I don't understand. Why must I die? I haven't done anything wrong!!" Ada exclaimed in a panicked voice.

Kai only found her nervousness amusing. "You obviously don't know about your families reputation, huh?"

"My... Family... I don't understand what you're talking about!! My family hasn't done anything bad!"

"You sure on that, sweet cakes?" Kai asked in a smooth voice, causing Ada to gulp the lump that had suddenly found it's way in her throat again.

"I..."

"Anyway. I must get my job done. So," Kai
stretched his arms, before pulling his sword from it's sheath that was fastened at his belt on his waist.

"I'll make it easy for you all. Let me take the girl, and you all are unharmed. Whaddya say?"

Luffy stepped forward. His straw hat hiding his eyes. Ada knew what that meant. He wasn't happy.

"I will not allow you to take my nakama. She belongs to me."

Everyone was quiet knowing Luffy was ready to defend Ada. No one moved, not once. Kai even stood quietly observing the young pirate captain thoroughly.

"How much will you tak-"

"You cannot have her."

"..." Kai frowned. "Well then. If that's how you want it... Then it looks like I will have to take her by force."

With that, Kai charged at Luffy, sword ready. Luffy just stood in his spot, hat still covering his features. As Kai's blade came down to strike the young lad Luffy reacted rather quickly punching the sword, causing Kai to lean off balance and take a hit to the face.

Gripping his jaw, Kai only grew amused. "I surely wasn't expected that."

"I told you, you cannot have Ada. She belongs... To me!" Luffy snapped his head up to give the enemy a threatening look.

I am 19 years old, and had recently just started college, a week ago. My hair color, at this moment in time, is a dark blue color, very dark. Like Homura's color of hair off of 'Saiyuki'. I had role-played as Homura last Halloween, I liked the color, and kept it. For now. My body is slender, I (try) to keep myself healthy, Starburst doesn't help much. Or Coca Cola. My height is 5'3" and my eye color is blue-green.

Upon hearing my name called, I glanced over my shoulder to see my friend Sera running up, a wide grin on her lips.
"Ada! Did you hear that TeamFourStar is going to be making an abrigded 'One Piece'?!"
"Yes, I did hear that. I'm so excited!" I laughed, trying to contain my excitement.
"I can't wait!!" Sera squealed.
"Me either!"
"So, hey... Are you busy tonight?" Sera asked, tilting her head to the side.
"Uhm... I do have to study for a test tomorrow..."
"Oh, well. John is having a Halloween party tonight. I was wondering if you wanted to go."
"Ah, I love John's parties!" John throws the best parties ever. I frowned. "I would love to go. But, this is a big test. I have to pass it."
"That's okay. I don't think alot of other people will be coming either... Well, I'll see you tomorrow in class?"
"Of course!" I smiled to my friend, as she waved and ran off.
"See ya!"
"Yep!"
I started back to my appartment, already thinking of my plans for my studying. As I headed through the park, the wind seemed to pick up. I didn't think much of it, since its around that time for the leaves to be blown off their trees.
"Ada."
"Huh?" I stopped, turning around to see who had called out to me. "Whose there?"

There was no answer.
I shrugged and went to turn around, to continue home, when I stopped again, this time an older man stood infront of me, I nearly ran into him!
"Ada. You are in great danger. You must follow me to a safer place."
I stared at him for a second, then smiled to him. "Are you trying to pull a prank?"
"No, this is no joke. There is a man from an evil cult that has come to kill you off."
I blinked at him, my smile long gone. "How do you know this?"
"I have known your family for quite some time now. My job is to keep you and your family safe."
"Uhh... Okay. Why hasn't my mother told me about this?"
"Probably because she didn't know how to tell you, my dear."
"Well, who is this man that is coming for me?"
"I will explain later. We've already wasted enough time. He'll be here any minute. Come with me, and I will explain everything else to you."
The man opened a portal, which my eyes crew wide in shock. 'How'd he do that?!'
"Come along."
"Don't go, not yet atleast."
I gasped, turning around I gazed up at a tall figure in a black cloak. I could tell he was smirking down on me. His eyes shined through the shadow his hood casted over his face.
"Who are you?"
"That's the man I told you about! Ada, hurry!"
"Why in such a hurry, it's my turn to speak with the young lady."
I took a step back, closer to the old man.
"Don't you dare lay a finger on her."
"Are you fighting back, Dominic?"
"Yes! Now leave her alone."
"You're wasting my time..." The man growled, now irritated with 'Dominic'. He reached out for my arm, but Dominic got to me first.
He grabbed ahold of my shoulder, tossing me behind him, and to the portal. Throwing a book into my grasp before I was consumed by the dark poral. My eyes were wide, and my heart pounding with slight fear, as I heard Dominic tell me; "Don't be afraid Child. You will find friends that will help you. Until I find you again, take care."

After his voice faded, my eyes slowly shut as I fell unconsious...

Slowly, I opened my eyes, only to shut them and cover my arm over my eyes. The sun glared down onto the earth, which would make it mid-day. I sat up, finally adjusting my eyes to the sun.
"What the-."
I was sitting on a white sanded beach. The water flowing up to shore then back into the ocean. The clean air was amazing. I took in a few deep breath.
My eyes caught sight of the book the man had given me. What was it for?
Opening the book, I noticed that it was empty. The pages had nothing on them.
"That's odd..."
"ROCKETTTT!!!!"
"What the..." I glanced up to see something flying towards me.
"Holy crap!!!" I yelled, ducking close to the sandy land. The boy crashed into me anyway, causing both of us to tumble backwards.
"I was right! You are a girl! What are you doing on the beach?"
My eyes swirled from the impact. "Uh... What?"
"You're funny! What's your name?"
I sat up, holding my head, finally getting a good look at the boy.
'Luffy?!'
"My name... Uh, is Ada..."
"Ada? I like it! You're really pretty, and so is your name!"
I blushed. Oh boy...

"My name is Monkey D. Luffy!"
I let out a small laugh. Luffy had to be my most favorite character off 'One Piece'.
"It's nice to meet you, Luffy!"
"What are you doing on this island all by yourself? We've already checked and there was no one here, until now."
"Well... It's kind of a long story..."
"Oh! Would you tell me it?"
"Wel... I walking home from school... And this man came to me and warned me that I was in danger, and he want me to come with him. Then this other man came, and he was covered in a black cloak. He was the one who wanted to kill me. I guess. Then the cloaked man went to grab me but the man who wanted to save me pulled me into this portal. I had fallen unconsious and when I woke up.... I was here. Oh, and this book too. The good man gave it to me. But He never said what it was for."
"A book?"
I nodded and opened it. "See? Nothing in there."
"There is too something there! Look!"
I glanced down to the first page, and there in writing was a sentence.
"Ada, I am sorry I am not there, I will be soon first you must find the Straw Hat pirates."
"Hey, that's my crew! That's great! You found us! Just like the book says! It must be magical!"
I chuckled, "I-It must be..."
"Well, since you had to find us, I'll take you to the ship so you can meet the others!"
"Uh... How are you going to- Wahh!!"
I yelled out as Luffy stretched his arm all the way to the ship's side and grabbed onto my waist and he jumped up, letting the two of us fly off towards the ship.
"Grab him!"
I heard someone yell.
Suddenly I was dropped, and I braced myself for an uneasy fall, but it didn't come as I landed in someone's arms. I dared to peek at the person to see the Straw Hat's carpenter, Franky.
"Supaa!!! Glad I caught you, or you would have went over board!"
"Uh... Thanks."
Luffy smiled, as he gave his trade mark laugh, before Sanji, the chef, came up and smacked the Young Captain over his head.
"You stupid! You could have hurt this young lady!!"
He turned and headed in my direction, hearts flying above his head.
"My sweet!" He started as Franky let me down. "Are you alright?!"
He took my hand in his and started to kiss the back of my hand. I blushed, as I smiled to the love struck chef.
"I'm alright. Just a little startled."
"Her name is Ada! And she had to find us. That's what her magical book says!"
"Magical book?" Someone asked.
I held up the book, finally getting my hand back. "It was given to me from... I guess my Family's guardian."
"You guess?" The man who spoke was Zolo. And boy was he ever sexy...
"Uh... Yea." I nervously glanced away, my blush now back on my cheeks again.
"Introductions! She has no idea who we are!" Ussop, the crew's mechanic.
"Oh of course!" Luffy laughed, pointing to all his crew members.
"That's Zolo, Nami, Ussop, Chopper, Sanji, Franky, Robin and Brooke!"

"It's nice to meet you all!" I smiled.
"You too, my princess!" Sanji started again.
Brooke walked up to me, his tall self towering over me.
"Excuse miss Ada... But, may I see your panties?"
'Oh... I forgot he did that...' My eyes went wide, and my face went more redder than before.
"Um... No."
"Ouch!" Nami kicked Brooke in the head. "Pervert!!"
I chuckled nervously. "Ada, don't let this men do that to you. Smack 'em!"
"I'll keep that in mind. Thanks Nami."
Luffy jumps in. "Ada, I will show you around the ship! You're going to love it!"
"Um, Okay..." I smiled to the Captain as he took my wrist and lead me to the bunks first.
　
It had taken awhile for Luffy and Ada to see the whole ship. He had also explained about their last ship, 'Going Merry'. But, of course, Ada knew about it. She noted to herself not to say anything that would lead to suspicion. It would be very difficult for her to explain about the show of 'One Piece' so they could understand it.
Now, Ada sat beside Luffy, on the deck, as Luffy munched down on a piece of meat, she checked her book.
----Ada's POV----

I sighed softly, checking my book again. Not only was there no new writings, the sentence from before... Vanished! This did not make sense...
I glanced over to Luffy. He was so focused on that piece of meat... "Hey, Luffy?"
"Hm?" He turned his head to face me, the meat hanging from his mouth, as he was clenching it between his teeth.
I held in my giggles, Luffy was so cute.
"Are you feeling alright, Ada? Your cheeks are red!"
"I-I'm fine."
Luffy just shrugged and took the meat out of his mouth and fully turned to me. "What did you need? Are you hungry?"
"Ah, well. I was just wondering.... Since I'm on this ship as of now, is there something I should help out with?"
Luffy placed his finger on his chin, thinking hard as to what I should do.
"Hmm... Do you cook?"
"Rarely."
"Can you build things?"
"Nope, I end up destroying them in the end."
"Can you clean?"
"Yea, I can do that!"
"Then you can be our cleaning lady!"
Luffy cheerfully yelled out, throwing his arms in the air.
This caused a smile to reappear upon my lips again. He was just...
"Hey, do you two plan on sitting around all day?"
We both glanced up to see Nami, her fists balled up on her hips.
"Ada is going to be our cleaning lady!"
"That's great! Cause it's Zolo's turn. And he's hopeless at cleaning. You can help him!"
"Alright. I'll start in the girls' quarters."
"That's right, we need to make room for you to sleep. I'll talk to Franky about that."
I nodded to Nami. So far everyone has been quite helpful. Except Zolo, but, that's just Zolo for you. He never trusts someone until he gets to know them better. I stood, telling Luffy I'd see him later, then turned to head to the girls' quarters.

After cleaning the quarters, I had placed my book in there since I didn't need it at the moment, I headed down the hall to see where Zolo was, and to see if he needed any help. I opened a door, seeing it was a bedroom, I walked in to find it a mess.
"What are you doing in here?"
I was startled by Zolo's sudden question. I hadn't expected him to be in here.
"I'm here to see if you need help. Luffy has made me the 'Cleaning Lady'."
"I see."
He was organizing the dressers, and the clothes that were in it. I noticed the clothes looked like his.
"Is this your room?"
"Yes, it is."
"Its...."
"Messy, I know."
"I was going to say small, but that too."
There was silence, as we began to clean the room. Once things were done, I went to leave when Zolo stopped me.
"Hey, did that book really tell you to find us?"
"Yes, it did. But, for some reason... The writings that were there, are gone. There hasn't been anything there for hours."
Zolo's eyes narrowed. "You do realize that just sounds suspicious...?"
I rubbed the back of my neck, chuckling out of nervousness. "Yes. I know. And I'm sorry. I never asked for any of this to happen."
"Right. Anyway, everything's cleaned on this side of the ship. I am not going in that kitchen with that stupid chef."
"That's fine, I'll do it."
As I turned to leave, Zolo crossed his arms, watching my retreating form until it was out of sight. He is making me so nervous! I shut my eyes, and let out a sigh of breath. I felt so tense. This is completely awkward for me....

Walking into the kitchen, I was hit by a most delicious smelling dish Sanji was cooking. That's right! I get to try his food! This makes things exciting. I always see everyone enjoying his dishes he makes. Now I get to see how good it really is!
"Ah, my princess! How are you doing?" He danced his way over to me, a bright smile, and heart shapped eyes were quite evident.
"I was seeing if you might need help with cleaning up, of something. Luffy is letting me have the 'cleaning Lady' postion!"
"What?! That's crazy! A beautiful girl like yourself shouldn't worry like that!"
"It's fine, really. I want to help, please?" I pouted to him, which made his heart fly faster.
"Of course! Come along, I'll show you what needs to be done!"
"No, no. Really. You don't have to do that!" Ada smiled shyly to Luffy, who had suggested the party of Ada's arrival.
"Nonsense. You're apart of this crew-" Sanji started, but was cut off by Ada.
"For now..."
"Aw, just let us throw a party. It's a great way to relax!" Nami butted in.
Sigh, "Alright. Though, I'm sure if I had disagreed, you all would have thrown a party anyway."
"You bet!" Luffy laughed, his grin wide with excitment.
"I'll start cooking then!" Sanji happily made his way to the kitchen, a spatula in hand.
"Ooh! I'll test the food!" Luffy ran after him, only to get kicked out of the kitchen by Sanji.
"No way! You'll eat everything!"
"But, I'm hungry!!" Luffy pouted.
Ada smiled softly to the Captain. "Come on, Luffy. Let's find something to do, while Sanji prepares dinner. We could play a game of Hide-and-Seek!"
Suddenly, Ussop, Chopper, and Brooke appeared out of nowhere. "We'll join!"
"Awesome!" Ada clapped her hands together, then turned to all four men. "Who wants to seek first?"
No one raised their hands. Ada just shrugged. "Okay, I'll be it. First off. The Kitchen is NOT TO HIDE IN! Okay, Luffy?"
"Aw!!" Luffy sighed. "Alright, I'll just have to hide somewhere else then!"
"Okay, also no hiding in the girls' rooms. That means you too, Brooke!"
Brooke sighs as well. "Fine."
Robin, who was sitting not to far from the five, chuckled. She was glad that the boys had a female friend to joke around with. ((FRE: You have no idea, how hard it was for me to not say something, that sounded bad...))
"I think that covers it.... Oh, no crows nest. There is no 'base' and LAST one to get tagged, is the new seeker. Understood?"
"Yep!" The four nodded, standing at attention.
"Alright then. I will start counting to 50. You better be ready by then!"
Ada sat on the floor of the ship, her eyes shut and covered by her hands, in a childish way. "1..... 2..... 3..... 4....."
As Ada counted the three boys, plus skellington ran off, to find their hiding spots.

Meanwhile....
"Well, this is very interesting... It seems like I will be able to have alittle fun before I finish the job..." The cloaked man laughed, the sound echoing down the halls of the cult's temple.
He watched as Ada went to find her new friends. From what he had learned from following her, she enjoyed the animated show named, "One Piece" and her most favorite character, is Luffy. He laughed again.
"I do believe I will pay a visit to the Straw Hats. Create some chaos. Now that she has become friends with them, having them find out, that she kept this to herself, it will break the trust they held for Ada."

Back to Ada

Later that night, Ada sat at the table with Robin, Franky, and Zolo. Infront of her was the 'magical' book. So far, nothing was written in it. 'Geez, I would sure love to find out about what has happened....'
"Has the book said anything yet?" Franky asked, glancing to the newest member of the Straw Hats.
Ada shook her head. "No. Nothing. I'm wondering if I was just set up of something."
"Could be possible." Robin commented, she took a sip of the rum she poured herself.
Zolo only glanced over. He still wasn't too sure about Ada yet. He knew she would cause trouble. Though, many members in this crew caused problems, only to have everyone work together to fix it.
Ada noticed Zolo studying her, she started to feel uneasy. His gaze was overwhelming for her.
Franky stood, stretching a bit. "Well, I'm beat. See you all in the morning."
The three others nodded to his dismissal.
"So, Ada. Not to put you on the spot, again... Do you know how to fight?" Robin asks.
"A little. I'm not the greatest at fighting. Only cause, where I was from, I really didn't need to fight. Only protect myself if needed. Which was, never really."
"I see." Robin nods. "We will train you then. Everyone here has their way of fighting."
"That sounds great!" Ada smiled to Robin.
"Where was it, that you lived?" Zolo asked, suddenly curious.
"Well, I use to live... In another Universe. Cause we didn't have anything like what you guys have."
"Like what?"
"Like-"
"Ada! Come on, you have to dance with us!" Luffy exclaimed, dragging her away from the table, and the book.
"But, Luffy!"
Robin sat there, laughing to herself. Zolo couldn't help but smirk. Though, he would have liked to know some more about Ada, and where she was from....
Luffy jumped off the ship, excitement coursing through his being. Ada chuckled at the sight, you could practically see the stars sparkeling around his face, as he grinned, barely being able to wait for the others to follow.
"Come on! Let's go!"
"We're coming Luffy!"
Ada was the last off, she turned and waved to Franky, who was staying on the ship, for now. Franky smiled and waved back.
"Okay, Luffy, you will be going with Zolo, Ada, and Brooke. Chopper, Sanji, Usopp, and Robin will go with me." Nami instructed.
"Okay!"
With that, the two groups went in their own directions.
Zolo glanced down to the book that Adaheld to her chest. He raised a brow.
"You're going to carry that everywhere?"
Ada gazed up to Zolo, blinking, before her eyes went to her book.
"Yes, Dominic did say he will communicate through this!"
"Hm, what will happen if we get into a fight? What will you do with the book?"
"Uh..." Ada thought. "Maybe while we're in town, I can finda back pack or something."
"Sounds like a fabulous idea!" Brooke laughed. "While we're here we can get you new clothes! I can help with finding panties!!"
Zolo's eyes widened, a stress mark appearing on his forehead. Ada's cheeks were flushed with her eyes wide in embarssment. Luffy threw his head back laughing.
"Uhm... You don't have... I mean that's not nessciary..."
"Let's get back to find our supplies. We'll keep an eye out for-"
"Oh look!! A Psychic!!" Luffy exclaimed, running off towards a stand, a tent covering it, and a glass ball picture above the door way.
"Luffy!" Ada called out, running after him.
Zolo sighed, "Come on, Brooke. Luffy can get himself in trouble, just the same as Ada."

"Oh my. Are you youngsters wanting you see what is to come in your future?"
"Yes!" Luffy exclaimed.
"What about the three of you?"
"Oh, not me." -Brooke
"I'm good." -Zolo
"Sure." -Ada

"Come sit down her then, the both of you."
Luffy and Ada sat at the table as Zolo and Brooke stood behind them, observing.
"Now lets see here. You young man. Yes, I see."
"What?!"
"You will have a sucessful future, but it is filled with challenges that you must surpass."
"Sweet!!" Luffy jumped out of his chair, his arms in the air.
"As for you, my dear."
'Why did that sound creepy? Reminds me of the Wicked Witch in the "Wizard of Oz"...'
"Are you ready?"
"I am."
"Your future is filled with troublesome trials. I see a dangerous dark cloud coming your way. Oh dear. You may not come out of these trials alive...."
Ada's eyes grew wide, along with Brooke and Zolo. Luffy's eyes widened in adoration.
"That's so cool!"
"You're serious!?"
"I am."
"Right. Thank you." Ada thanked the woman, and paid her for the tellings.

"That was great! I like your's better, Ada!"
"Yea, well you can have it. I'm not use to this kind of stuff. I mean, what is the dark clouds suppose to be?"
"Hey, Ada! Your book is glowing!" Brooke pointed out.
"It is!" She opened it up, and seen the writing.
"Ada, be observant. He's coming for you..."
"Hm, what does that mean?" Luffy asked.
Zolo watched Ada as her breath caught up in her lungs. This wasn't good, not one bit.
"The dark clouds... They represent... Him..."
"Who?" Luffy asked, now confused.
"Me."
The four turn around to see a person, from the sound of his voice was a man, in a black cloak. On the cloak, on his shoulder, had two letters. DS'DS? What is that?'
"Hello, Ada. We meet again."
Ada's eyes widened, closing the book and holding it close to her chest.

"What- Why are you here?"

The man chuckled knowing that he caused the fear in the young girl.

"Why, I'm here to visit you, before I dispose of you."

"What do you mean, you're planning to kill me?"

The man busted out laughing. It sent shivers down Ada's spine. Zolo grasp hold of the hilt of one of his swords, ready to attack if the mysterious man made a move. As for Brooke and Luffy, Brooke was
ready to attack as well, as Luffy stood by waiting to see who this man was and what he wanted with his newest nakama.

Ada started to feel anxious, she was ready to run. This man didn't feel as powerful as he did when they first met. And damn Dominic for not being here to help her.
She glanced over her shoulder, nervously
at her friends. Zolo, seeing Ada's uncomfortablness with the man, spoke, sounding very impatient.

"Oi, who the hell are you?"

The man quieted his laughter. "My identy is of no concern to you. But, the reason I'm here, is little Ada has been hiding a secret from all of you..."

Ada raised a brow, confused. "What do you mean?"

"Oh don't play dumb, tell them. Tell them all you know about their-"

"Luffy!"

Usoop ran up to the group, completely ignoring the stranger.

"There you guys are, it's time to go!"

"Aw, but I'm sooo hungry! We didn't stop at a resturant!"

Upon the distraction, the mysterious man turned his gaze to Ada. And she could practically see him smirk under his hood. "I'll be back for you." In a blink of an eye, he was gone.

"Sanji will cook for you! Come on, let's get going!"

Luffy huffed, "But, I'm hungry..."

"Come on Luffy, you can go bug Sanji to make you something to eat." Zolo put an arm around Ada's shoulders, seeing that she was too frightened to move, even after the stranger had disappeared.
"Ada, let's get going."

"Y-Yea.... R=Right..."

Once back at the ship, Luffy had mentioned the stranger. Zolo turned his attention to Ada.

"So, who was that?"

"I don't know, but he's the reason I'm here. Apparently he wants me dead. But, I don't know what I have done to deserve death..."

"Hmm..." Brooke started. "What was he talking about, you know... You having a secret?"

"I honestly..." Ada thought for a second, before she remembered something. 'The show.. "One Piece." He want's me to tell them, but... I don't think that's wise...'

"Ada?" Nami asked, seeing Ada's eyes widen. "You okay?"

"Huh? Oh, yea.. I'm fine..."

"Here you are my lovely ladies~" Sanji interrupted, setting smoothies infront of Nami, Robin, and Ada.
"Enjoy!"

"Hey, where's ours?!" Usoop and Luffy complained.

"These are for the ladies! They deserve such a treat!"

"What?!"

Ada tuned out the arguing, as she stared at the smoothie. Her thoughts were scrambled, she didn't know what to do. The crew will be upset either way, whether she told them or not. But, what if that's what
this man wanted? Just to cause her only problems?
Sighing, she stood and left, book in hand. She was going to contact Dominic. She needed to know what was going on!!

As Ada walked out of the kitchen, Zolo couldn't help but notice her leave. Getting annoyed with the idiots, Zolo got up as well and followed after Ada.

Said girl sat upon a barrel, her book open, laying over her lap. "Come on, Dominic! Why won't you say something?" She questioned the book.

"You know, i don't think it's safe for you to go out on your own."

Ada jumped she turned to see Zolo. "Oh, Zolo... Well, it was too.. Loud in the kitchen. I also need some fresh air."

"Understandable." He nodded.

"Um... Zolo?"

"Hm?"

"If I did know what this secret was that he was talking about, would you or the others be angry?"

Zolo raised a brow. "Depends on what kind of secret it is. If it was something about you been a tratior, then yes we would be somewhat upset. Otherwise, I don't
think we would be angry."

"Oh..." Ada sighed, slightly relieved. "Well then... I-I think I know what he's talking about. Though, I don't know how to explain it..."

Zolo shrugged, though he was curious to hear what it was. "Try your best. I'm sure we'll figure it out."

Ada nodded. "Okay... Let's go back to the kitchen."

"There you are, my lovely Ada!" Sanji exclaimed. "You didn't try your smoothie!"

"Sorry, Sanji. I wasn't feeling to well, and needed some fresh air."

"Well, here you are then, I saved it from being devoured!"

"Thank you...." She took the cup and set it down. "I-I want to talk about something... It's about that secret."

Luffy jumped up his full attention on Ada. "Alright! What is it?!"

Ada started to blush as everyone's attention went to her. She had no problem standing infront of her classmates when she was speaking.

"About the secret. Where I come from... There is this.... Show. It's named, 'One Piece'. A-And I watch it, it's about all your guys' adventures."

"What?! Really?! That's amazing!" Brooke exclaimed.

"And you were nervous to tell us this?" Zolo asked.

"Well, all of you aren't like anyone I've met before. I wasn't sure what to expect..."

"That's amazing! So, you knew about us, even before you arrived!!" Sanji smiled.

"Ah.. Yes..." Ada smiled shyly, rubbing the back of her neck in embarressment.

"So... Ada. Who is your favorite?" Nami asked.

"Well..." Her blush returned as she rubbed her arm now. "It's um... " She gave a soft laugh, at how shy she was. "My favorite is Luffy..."

"REALLY?!" Luffy exclaimed and smiled real big.

"Y=Yea. I always admired your carefree attitude. And that smile of your's... It's quite contagious."

"Hee hee! Well, I really like everything about you, Ada! You're awesome!"

Ada blushed madly at this. "T-Thanks, Luffy. You guys are really amazing. I found it unbelieveable when I found myself on this ship."

"Well, if Luffy's your favorite, whose your second favorite?" Franky asked, as Usopp, Chopper, Brooke and Sanji leaned closer.

"Oh that would have to be..." Ada thought for a second. "Of the Straw Hat Pirates, my second favorite is... Zolo."

"What?! The stupid swordsman?! Why not the cook?!" Sanji asked, or more of exclaimed....

"Well, you and him are mostly equal. "
Sanji glared at Zolo, as Zolo couldn't help but grin proudly.

"Then there's Nami and Robin. You two are the only girl's.... And I would have to say that you two are the best when it comes to keeping these boys in line. Including Sanji..." She muttered the last part with
a small smile.

"Why thank you, Ada." Robin smiled kindly.

"Yea, it's not an easy job." Nami laughed.

"As for the rest of you. You guys are just... Simply amazing, I would love to have friends like all of you!"

Franky grinned to her. "You're an amazing girl too, Ada! It's nice we got to meet you."

"Yea!" Chopper chimed in.

"Now, let's get something to eat! I'm starving!!" Luffy exclaimed.

"Yea! I'm starving too!" Usoop agreed. As did the others.

"Well, then, everyone out! I need space to cook!" Sanji ordered.
"Unless my three lovely swans would like to help!" Hearts floated above him as he danced.

"I'll help." Ada piped in, resulting Sanji to dance over and kiss her hand in a gentlman gesture.

As the others left, Ada and Sanji began to cook. Though, Sanji did most of it. Ada helped with dicing the vegetables and meat for him. Then setting the table. Before long, the food was served and everyone
was back in the kitchen.

"Well, I didn't expect this. Perhaps I should find another way to seperate the Straw Hats from Ada." The man thought aloud. "I know!" He grinned. "I will await the next time they land. Then, the fun begins..."

It had been a week from when Ada had told the crew of 'One Piece.' They had even asked what the next adventure would be, according to the anime. Ada would always shake her head, refusing to tell them. 'Them' being Luffy, Ussop, Chopper, and sometimes Nami.

Sailing had been full of adventures this past week, and Ada had been frightened, yet excited when sea monsters would rise from the depths of the ocean trying to destroy their ship. Luffy, of course, would defeat the monsters so easily though.

As of now, Ada sat in the kitchen with Robin reading some of her books she seemed to be always reading. Even though Ada was out on the ocean, away from home she wanted to open up to learning new things. She even practice math with Robin, and Nami. Especailly when Nami was counting her money.

As for Ada's book, nothing has been written in it since her encounter with the mysterious man that seems to want Ada dead. A shiver ran up her spine at the thought causing a lump to form in the back of her throat. Robin, noticing the shiver, turned her gaze to Ada.

"Are you alright, Ada?"

"Yea, I'm fine." She gave a reasuring smile to Robin before turning back to read the book again.

"Ada, Robin! There is an island up ahead! We are going to stop to see if there is a town or village somewhere."

Franky busted in, a grin plastered on his lips.

"Sounds great! Are we going in groups again?" Ada asked, a smile spreading on her own lips.

"Not sure yet. We're gathering on deck."

The two girls nodded, following Franky out and onto the deck.

"Are we grouping?"

"Let's stick together on this one."

"Alright."

"Alright! Let's go on a adventure!!"

Ada giggled at Luffy, as he jumped up and down in excitment. "It's an adventure. You have poor grammer."

"Huh? What's 'grammer?' "

Ada shook her head. "Nevermind, let's get ready to land."

"Right!"
Once the ship came to a stop Franky and Zolo help lower a ramp onto the sandy beach. Luffy jumped off the side of the ship, instead of using the ramp. He landed on the sand, making particles fly everywhere.

"Ah, it's great to be on land again! Come on, let's start our adventure!!" Luffy started to take a running step when Nami grabbed hold of the collar of his shirt.

"Hold on there, let's not get lost. That's the last thing we need."

"Are you sure you want to stay behind, you two?" Ada asked Robin and Ussop.
Robin nodded. "Yes, it's fine. You just keep an eye out on our Captain." She smirked.

"Yes ma'am!" Ada saluted Robin and turned to follow the rest of the Straw Hat pirates.

"Why didn't you bring your book, Ada?" Chopper asked, curiously eyeing Ada.

Ada shrugged. "Thought it'd be in the way. Besides, I didn't get a chance to look at backpacks in the last town. So, it wouldn't hurt to leave it behind for the time being."

Chopper nodded.

"Maybe you will get to use your awesome fighting skills you have been working on!" Luffy chimed in.

"Sure. It'll be fun. Thank goodness I can be useful this time if we get attacked."

"I'm sure before you could have joined in with no problem. You are very skilled afterall." Zolo pointed out, grinning.

"Yea, thanks Zolo." She smiled to him.

"Well, I hoped there was a village around here. It's probably on the other side of the island." Sanji huffed, taking out a cigeratte.

"Don't say that, Sanji. My feet are already killing me." Nami groaned, stopping and leaned against a tree.

"I can carry you!" Sanji started, hearts already in his eyes.

"Aw, you're too kind, Sanji dear." Nami blushed, acting innocently.

Nami was about to get up on Sanji's back, but was stopped as one of the many trees seemed to be chopped and was falling in the Straw Hats' direction.

"Look out!"
The tree came to the ground with a loud thud, almost shaking the ground the Straw Hats stood upon. They had managed to flee before getting smashed.

"What the hell?!" Zolo huffed, glancing over to where the tree once stood.

"How the hell did that tree fall? It had looked sturdy!" Franky exclaimed.

"Maybe we should see what caused it to fall?" Ada suggested, glancing over to Franky who had already been headed over to take a look.

Once upon inspection they found that the tree was cut, intentionally trying to hurt them. Zolo noticed right away that the cut wasn't made by an axe or anything like that. No, it was cut with a sword. And from the looks of it, the sword must be as strong as his own. Sensing more danger, Zolo readied his swords in case there was another attack.

"Come on out, we know you're here!" He shouted.

"Huh? Whose here?" Luffy asked.

"I must say, you pirates are quite naive. I've been following you since you entered the forest." There was a slight pause. "Though, it's not surprising to see that the 'Bushido' figured it out first."

The young male stepped out of the shadowed forest, a sinister grin widening upon his lips.
His dark gray eyes grew more sinister than his grin as they passed over Ada's form.

"Ada, my sweet. I'm glad I've found you. Lord Masaru will be pleased."

"W-Who is M-Masaru?" Ada stuttered, now taking slow steps behind the her. This man was crawling with evil, and it was making the poor girl uncomfortable.

"The man who appeared to you only a week ago." His grin slowly turning into a smirk.

"You mean the mysterious man that we seen in the last town we were at?" Luffy asked, tilting his head to the side.

For the first time since she's arrived, Ada thought Luffy didn't take this threat into consideration. She gave her captain a serious look. 'How could he be so calm?!'

"Bingo." The man nodded.

"Who are you anyway. And what do you and Masaru want with Ada?" Zolo asked.

"Oh, silly me." He gave a small snicker. "My name is Kai. And my buisness with Ada is very simple."

Turning his attention from Zolo over to Ada their eyes locked, and it seemed as if his cruel gray orbs grew more sinister and deadly. His lips curved once again into another cruel smirk, which caused Ada to shake with fear.
Her own eyes widening in fear.

"Ada must be eliminated at once."

"Eliminated?" Zolo voiced, his sword pretty
near unsheathed.

"What do you mean? You're planning on killing Ada?!" Nami asked.

"Duh!" Kai answered as if it was the most simplest thing to comprehend. "And once she is out of the way, Lord Masaru will be able to finsih his rituals."

"Wait, I don't understand. Why must I die? I haven't done anything wrong!!" Ada exclaimed in a panicked voice.

Kai only found her nervousness amusing. "You obviously don't know about your families reputation, huh?"

"My... Family... I don't understand what you're talking about!! My family hasn't done anything bad!"

"You sure on that, sweet cakes?" Kai asked in a smooth voice, causing Ada to gulp the lump that had suddenly found it's way in her throat again.

"I..."

"Anyway. I must get my job done. So," Kai
stretched his arms, before pulling his sword from it's sheath that was fastened at his belt on his waist.

"I'll make it easy for you all. Let me take the girl, and you all are unharmed. Whaddya say?"

Luffy stepped forward. His straw hat hiding his eyes. Ada knew what that meant. He wasn't happy.

"I will not allow you to take my nakama. She belongs to me."

Everyone was quiet knowing Luffy was ready to defend Ada. No one moved, not once. Kai even stood quietly observing the young pirate captain thoroughly.

"How much will you tak-"

"You cannot have her."

"..." Kai frowned. "Well then. If that's how you want it... Then it looks like I will have to take her by force."

With that, Kai charged at Luffy, sword ready. Luffy just stood in his spot, hat still covering his features. As Kai's blade came down to strike the young lad Luffy reacted rather quickly punching the sword, causing Kai to lean off balance and take a hit to the face.

Gripping his jaw, Kai only grew amused. "I surely wasn't expected that."

"I told you, you cannot have Ada. She belongs... To me!" Luffy snapped his head up to give the enemy a threatening look.
